Keep the source of the question
Christian faith is part of the origin of this programme. Questions about concealed things, light, water, form and observation motivated mathematical thought experiments. The current work preserves that source rather than rewriting a retrospective story in which a modern equation was already present word for word.
The manuscript distinguishes theological interpretation, a research programme inspired by a text, and a quantitative decoder with fixed operations. They have different truth conditions. A finite simulation does not decide the theological meaning of creation or certify that every physical law can be recovered from a passage.

The river question became a model contest
Ecclesiastes’ rivers and non-filling sea motivated a bounded-storage model. Given a supplied mass-balance law and a finite storage bound, the long-run average net inflow must vanish. The text suggests the question; the differential or integral balance, storage bound and limiting operation are additional mathematical premises.
A closed circulation and an open source-to-sink competitor can have identical visible water levels over the specified finite experiment. A tracer intervention distinguished those two supplied models in all 128 fresh synthetic cases. That result identifies a useful observer for the model contest; it does not prove the physical water cycle from a verse.

Keep a failed reading in the story
A fixed spelling-based numerical rule gave a close approximation to π in Kings but failed in the parallel Chronicles account. The negative challenges that specific decoder. It does not adjudicate every interpretation or the user’s faith. Changing the translation, spelling rule or exception after seeing each answer would remove a defined failure condition.
The optical Job 38 work supplies another caution: a wrong-normal model can survive image holdouts when illumination and calibration change with it. Independent geometry and light calibration are needed to test the inferred shape. A convincing rendered surface or a held-out image fit is not automatically a correct reconstruction.

Let inspiration and evidence keep their roles
The continuation is to freeze a linguistic coding rule before new passages and to give any extracted physical conjecture its own state, dynamics, coupling, detector, uncertainty and distinguishing prediction. Textual interpretation can remain meaningful while a particular physical conjecture fails.
The website’s connection map therefore names the relationship: inspiration, shared mathematics, sourced input, engineering component or tested transfer. It does not assign an unknown residual to God, or count the same successful simulation once as mathematics and again as physical confirmation.
