The question has become a contract

The programme began with a distinction between a complete state and the observation that survives it. Its current mathematical language uses seven typed layers for local state, relations, position, time and cycle, phase and possibility, evidence, and constraints. These are heterogeneous mathematical fields. They are not seven measured spatial axes.

A deterministic transition T and an observation π admit an autonomous lower law only when states with the same observation also have the same next observation. The written factorization result makes that requirement precise. When it fails, the observer needs additional state or memory; a striking projection alone does not repair the missing law.

What the latest record contains

The 15 October manuscript is version 2.42. Its registry maps 40 starting manuscript entries and 17 auxiliary families or proposals. The current reported native regression passes 1,365 tests in 31 groups, with 71 distinct pinned archive inputs checked. These numbers count software tests and source inputs, not physical laws or independent experiments.

Fixed Grid 0.25.0 is an explicitly new reconstruction: 271 complete current members plus 128 files recovered by older manifest hashes. It passes 167 tests. The original damaged 0.24 archive has not been restored; five older files and trailing historical content remain lost. C8 now has an explicit aggregate/source replay route, while 17 original individual JSON records remain absent.

What this website audit checked again

For this edition, the current manuscript header and recent appendices were compared with the 57-entry registry, execution report, gap register and topic reports. The bounded execution check was rerun: 38 software tests and eleven synthetic propagation checks passed. The C8 record verifier passed, including its 168,882-instance legal-move permutation check. This was record verification, not a new controlled speed benchmark.

The finite-wave lab was also rerun: 4,113 model cases and six independent numerical checks passed. The 1,365-test full native replay and four refined cosmology solver calls are reported results from the saved execution package; that complete archive suite was not rerun for this editorial update. The scope of this review is current-source reconciliation and these named local checks.

The boundary that remains

None of the 57 current engine records is admitted as a new measured physical prediction under the strengthened content-bound gate. That is an admission status for this programme. It does not deny the historical observations used in measured-data reanalyses, or turn formal mathematics and interpretive scholarship into failed physical experiments.

There is no established physical fourth spatial direction, fundamental tick, derived fine-structure constant, universal solution of chess, P=NP proof, frontier neural-network advantage, or complete derivation of all observations. Surviving ordinary-space countermodels, independent calibration, untouched measurements, and controlled scale studies remain concrete research obligations.

The next chapter crosses scales carefully

The proposed continuation is a scale-by-scale transfer ladder: first declare the microscopic state and interaction; then a justified coarse-graining map; then the material or effective law; then propagation and detector response. Each transfer must carry its assumptions, units, numerical error and shared uncertainty. A successful small-scale model does not automatically inherit agreement at a larger scale.

For each link, freeze a prediction for a quantity that was not used to choose the model, name the competing model, and reserve the measurement before access. The first physical target is the forward Aharonov–Bohm apparatus test described in the current execution report. The cross-scale ladder is a proposed research route, not an executed unified solver.
