A SHORT FIELD GUIDE

From a moving image
to an observation.

The living engine brings ten instruments into one workspace. Each keeps its own equations, inputs and limits.

  1. 01

    Understand the model

Choose an instrument and read its guide. Check whether you are looking at a numerical solver, an analytic construction or a stored reference.

  2. 02

    Make a controlled change

Try the guided setup. Record a baseline, adjust one input, and let numerical instruments complete their next state.

  3. 03

    Compare the observation

Record again. Open the Notebook and select Compare on two entries from the same instrument. Export the session to keep the record.

Move around the model

Orbit: drag to rotate, scroll or pinch to zoom, right-drag to pan. Recenter restores the instrument view.

Fly: click the scene for mouse look. W/A/S/D move, R/F rise and lower, Shift moves faster. Esc releases the mouse. Touch screens have movement buttons.

Control the clock

Pause holds the presentation. Step advances one batch. Space toggles playback while the scene is focused.

Playback time and numerical solver time are different. Use the solver’s completed steps and reported units when comparing calculations.

Research connections name shared methods or inputs. A link between two instruments does not couple their equations or establish a new physical prediction.

Every connection names the input or method shared by neighboring instruments. Choose a thread to inspect the next model.
