ANTHONY MICHAEL COLLADO / HISTORICAL RESEARCH RECORD

d0re / research atlas

A connected body of work

The Theory
of Reality.

Every discovery has a neighbor.

From waves and matter to exact computation and recovered models. Follow how a state becomes an observation—and how each result shapes the next question.

I / THE CONNECTIONS

One question.
Different instruments.

Choose a project to see the work it sits beside, the evidence it contributes, and the next question it opens. The layers show each project’s role in the programme.

References, shared methods & system componentsProposed transfers & engineering comparisons

Connections name the relationship they support. The map connects mathematical models, recorded measurements, proposals, and working products while preserving the scope of each.

A result changes the next question.

II / THE BODY OF WORK

The work,
in relation.

The research and the products share a vocabulary: state, relation, observer, evidence. Each brief places its results inside that structure and links to its neighbors.

III / THE INSTRUMENTS

The model,
open to inspection.

Explore a shared 3D world with a free camera: atoms, crystals, diffraction, water, strands, and projected shape products. Change inputs, compare observations, and keep a measurement notebook.

THE LIVING RESEARCH ENGINE

One world. Every instrument.

Move through the models, run the calculations, and keep the state behind each observation.

The introductory two-mode sketch from the first site

The original two-mode sketch is now the wave-composition instrument in the shared engine. Its source remains preserved.

IV / THE RECORD

What held.
What changed.

Key steps across the programme, followed by the manuscript's preserved revision entries. The record includes working results and the hypotheses that did not survive their tests.

Full manuscript revision ledger

Original revision summaries from the saved v1.97 manuscript, ordered by version. Each entry links to the source paper.

V / THE ARCHIVE

The supporting record.

Browse the complete 666-file snapshot and the latest semantic-network paper. Reports, code, data, plots, and runnable HTML have direct links where available.

ArtifactTypeSavedSizeAccess

“In saved bundle” identifies a retained release ZIP that is catalogued but not downloaded from this site. The original collection notes describe coverage, overlapping files, and missing unsaved work.

VI / ANTHONY MICHAEL COLLADO

One person, one long question.

I connect questions about reality to computations we can inspect—then keep the result, the failure, and the next test in the record.

d0re—Dimension Zero Reverse Engineering—is my independent project. The Theory of Reality is the research framework connecting the models here; d0 OS and d0fs bring the same demand for inspectable state and preserved evidence into working systems. The concepts and research direction originate with me; the saved papers and computational work were developed with AI-assisted formalization and implementation.

Alongside this work, my professional practice covers second-level support, service management, Freshservice automation, Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, and Power BI reporting. I work in English and German.

How to read this archive

Results are drawn from saved reports and package records. The website assembly did not re-run every historical engine. Mathematical arguments, exact finite computation, synthetic experiments, published-data comparisons, proposed architectures, and reported personal results are labelled according to their source.
