# Theory of Reality — research edition audit

15 October 2026 · Anthony Michael Collado · manuscript 2.42, Library version 130.

## Scope

This is a current-source review and bounded software/numerical recheck. It compares the manuscript header and recent appendices, the 57-entry Engine Measurement Registry v3, the current gap register, execution report, claim ledger and topic reports with the 1 October website snapshot. The current manuscript was reviewed from its saved source. Its complete text is not included in this preview. Its every theorem and historical appendix was not independently recertified in this review.

The structured record, source hashes, all 57 next-action statements and completion register are in `current-state.json`. Source titles, byte sizes and hashes identify the reviewed records; the full original reports are outside this preview. The site preserves the historical atlas and labels its snapshot separately from the current research edition.

## Current conclusion

Theory 2.42 is a revisable mathematical framework and executable research programme. Its seven heterogeneous typed layers are not seven measured spatial dimensions. The recorded implementation recovery is substantial, but no complete physical unification, physical fourth spatial direction, fundamental tick or derived fine-structure constant is established.

The current reported native regression passes 1,365 tests in 31 groups with 71 distinct pinned archive inputs checked. None of the 57 engine records is admitted for a **new measured physical prediction** with the currently supplied evidence. These statements concern different evidence scopes. Historical measured inputs and formal mathematical results retain their own status.

## What this review executed

| Command / study | Result | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Engine execution `check` | Exit 0; 38 software tests and 11 synthetic propagation checks pass | Claim admission, actual-byte/lineage binding, source guards, C8 negatives and finite propagation; no device calibration |
| Engine execution `verify-c8` | PASS; six stored repeats checked, 168,882 move instances in the permutation audit | Available aggregate and actual stored records; no new search-speed benchmark |
| Finite Wave Mode Lab | 4,113 cases and six independent numerical checks pass | Supplied 1D harmonic dynamics and boundary conditions; no apparatus measurement |

The full 1,365-test archive replay, native cosmology solver and optimizer were **not rerun for this website edition**. Their values are explicitly attributed to the current saved execution report and manuscript. Replaying an existing model is not fresh model validation.

## Source reconciliation findings

- The website’s former latest manuscript window ended in September / early October. Its current edition now points to manuscript 2.42 dated 15 October.
- A stale Fixed Grid source-review note still describes a truncated archive. The current registry integrity/next action, execution report and Appendix EM establish a runnable **new 0.25.0 reconstruction**. The historical damaged archive is not claimed restored.
- Five older Fixed Grid files and trailing original 0.24 bytes remain lost. Seventeen original individual C8 JSON records remain absent; the available aggregate/source route is explicitly identified.
- The current Appendix BS is HEPData. Earlier conversation-only camphor/rigid-inversion numbers are unverified and are not promoted into website findings.
- Current cosmology source replay and dependencies are completed in the saved record. They are not incorrectly listed as still-missing implementation tasks. Optimizer convergence, uniqueness and independent physical validation remain open.
- Product and ML records keep their original dates and limits. No new product operation, neural-network training, 100M-parameter run or frontier capability was inferred from this research update.

## Retained negative results

| Investigation | What the evidence supports | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| AB topology | Imported ordinary-space quantum holonomy is needed in the observer contract | A new physical spatial dimension |
| AB continuum | First spatial gate fails; separately frozen deeper follow-up passes its minimum | Factor-four full-packet convergence or a calibrated apparatus |
| AB lens | Published sign correction reproduced; radial-dilation image estimator inadequate | A newly discovered lens law or accepted extra-dimensional parameter |
| Hubble | Saved full-likelihood endpoints reproduced; withholding local H0 reveals nonunique evaluated branches | A unique independent local-H0 prediction, posterior result or solved tension |
| Optical-depth shortcut | Scalar amplitude identity holds; full-spectrum proxy fails its tolerance | Exact invariance of complete spectra |
| Neutrino budget | Replacement and additional radiation distinguished; negative refinements retained | An early-expansion change automatically predicts present H0 |
| Calibration | Shared-error floor and synthetic coverage failure demonstrated | A newly measured hardware calibration defect |
| Ranging / causal readout | Restricted certificates and specified interventions distinguish some models | Exclusion of every ordinary-space source, path or detector rival |
| Finite waves | Standard 1D piston force reproduced from supplied finite harmonic dynamics | Ordinary 1+2+3+… equals −1/12, negative total energy or wormholes |
| Scripture-led models | Source-grounded questions, supplied conditional mathematics and bounded synthetic results | A unique universal physical decoder or a simulation deciding theology |

## Continuation route

1. Select one microscopic state and explicit interaction, then specify its physical coupling.
2. Declare the coarse-graining / effective-law map and what information it discards.
3. Carry units, boundary conditions and numerical approximation error to the next scale.
4. Model propagation and the complete instrument response, including shared calibration covariance.
5. Identify a surviving competing model and an observable or intervention that separates it.
6. Obtain independent calibration and freeze a prediction before accessing reserved validation measurements.
7. Score the predicted distribution or error envelope, retain the negative, and revise through a separately frozen follow-up.

This scale-transfer ladder is a proposed research route. It is not an already executed all-scale derivation. The first physical target in the current execution report is a prospective forward AB apparatus prediction under independently measured nuisance bounds, tested on newly reserved frames.

## Website changes

Seven research articles, a current-state overview, a searchable/filterable 57-engine register, five new timeline milestones, six new project records, current source references and hashes, and two illustrative interactive mathematical figures extend the existing twelve-part journey. The historical engine runtime and its numerical models are retained.

The new pages use the established self-hosted fonts and monochrome editorial design, responsive layouts, labelled inputs, keyboard focus styles and reduced-motion behavior. Browser layout and native interaction QA are unavailable in this managed environment; local checks cover document links/IDs, controller behavior with adapters, module syntax and the illustrative arithmetic.

The target is the GitHub branch `preview/gpt-living-journey` and a Vercel preview deployment. Production promotion is a separate action.
